The Fraser Memorial Foundation is dedicated to helping children realize their greatest ideas and possibilities. The Foundation provides educational support for children in Hayes Clarendon Jamaica. Our mission is to assist in increasing the graduation rate among school children and increasing literacy rate in the community by supporting local educational and economic development initiatives.
